Architect of the Capitol Power Plant Utility Tunnels, Washington, DC

As a sub-consultant to Entech Engineering, Inc., WDP performs structural condition assessments and repair recommendations to nearly 3 miles of reinforced concrete utility tunnels that provide steam and chilled water to approximately 20 buildings.  The tunnels range greatly in cross-section and in construction dates, dating from the early 1900’s to the early 2000’s.
