John's expertise in non-destructive evaluation and the condition assessment and repair of concrete structures has allowed him to lead projects involving tunnels, bridges, power plants, high rise structures, and historic buildings.  John has been with WDP for 19 years and is active with the International Concrete Repair Institute, serving on Committee 210 - Evaluations and formerly served on Committee 150 - Notes on ACI 562 Code Requirements.

John co-authored a technical article on “The Application and Advantages of Surface Penetrating Radar in Subgrade Void Detection Beneath Slabs-On-Grade” for Forensics Engineering.  He has given many presentations related to condition assessment and nondestructive testing of concrete and masonry structures.
