Steve performs forensic field investigations and testing on building envelope, waterproofing and structural components, and develops repair design, specifications and maintenance plans.

“Healing the built environment with the most advanced tools, technology, and team is exciting and rewarding for me.  When a client comes forward with a serious building problem, the building usually has visible symptoms stemming from hidden conditions.  We put our hands and instruments on the building to literally scan beneath the surface, and when necessary, we carefully open up the structure to examine the internal construction.  We study all the evidence, diagnose the problem, and design the most appropriate repair.  My first-hand experience converting a structure in distress into a thriving industrial park gave me a sense of satisfaction that I strive to deliver to every client I work with today.”
